Come join BAAMS for a night of inspired Jazz, World, Blues, and Funk music. This All-Star band lead by Trumpeter Richard Boulger (Allman Brothers’ Band, R&B’s “Joe”, and many more) will also feature “Saturday Night Live” Band saxophonist, Ron Blake, Dizzy Gillespie band alum guitarist Rodney Jones, highly-acclaimed bassist, Alex Blake, three-time Grammy award-winning pianist, Dario Boente, and drummer, percussionist icon, Mino Cinelu, former member of the bands of Miles Davis, Sting, Weather Report, Pat Metheny, and more, and longtime Berklee College of Music drum faculty Kenwood Dennard (Sting, Quincy Jones, Miles Davis, etc.)

The evening’s show given by the faculty of the 7th Berkshires’ Summer Jazz Band Day Camp will help offset the costs of the week-long camp taking place from July 14-18 at the BAAMS’ academy building in Heritage Park, North Adams. This will also be a celebration of the Five-Year Anniversary of the nonprofit, Berkshires’ Academy for Advanced Musical Studies, founded by band leader, founder of BAAMS, and North Adams’ native, Richard Boulger, supported in part by the Cultural Council of Northern Berkshire.
